  • Shipping & Delivery

  • Turnaround

    All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm.

    Carriers

    We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:

    UPS

    Order Tracking

    If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.

    Shipping Rates

    The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.

    Back Orders

    If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment. 



  • Sales Tax

  • Water Softeners Only Shop charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this Web site based on the applicable state sales tax rate and the location to which the order is being shipped.



  • Return Policy

  • You may return an item(s) within 30 days of purchase. If you wish to return a purchased item, you must contact us by phone at (801) 878-9847, or email us at info@watersoftenersonly.com to receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on how to return the item(s). If you do not have a Return Authorization Number, we cannot accept your returned purchase.

    Merchandise must be unused, unopened, and include all the original parts and manuals. Merchandise should be repackaged in its original packaging in order to reduce the risk of damage. The customer is responsible for the cost of shipment for items returned to Water Softerners Only. We encourage our customers to use a shipment method that provides tracking information.
